Formed in 2003, ASI brings to each client engagement a level
of expertise - in both the business and medical fields
- that is unequaled in the industry. That expertise
comes from over 72 years in the imaging center business.
72 Years of Experience
In 1937, Dr. Tom Bond founded the Bond Radiology Group which
later became Radiology Associates of Tarrant County, PA
(RATC). For 72 years, RATC has been the leader in imaging
services in North Texas.
Over the years, RATC has expanded to 57 board certified
radiologists, providing inpatient and outpatient diagnostic
radiology and imaging services at ten hospitals and twelve
outpatient imaging centers. Currently, RATC is one
of the largest radiology practices in the nation.

ASI is comprised, not of consultants, but of the management
team of this very successful practice. With the practical
experience gained from managing a premier practice on a
day-to-day basis, the ASI team takes a hands-on, real world
approach to a client engagement, not a consultative, “academic”

OUR TEAM
JOHN QUERALT , M.D.
PRESIDENT
Dr. Queralt serves as the chairman and president
of ASI and its parent company, Radiology Associates of Tarrant
County, PA (RATC). He joined RATC in 1995, and has served
on the Executive Committee since 2001. After receiving an M.D.
from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas, he
completed a General Surgery internship at St. Paul University Hospital in Dallas. He then completed his residency in Radiology at the University of California, Sacramento, and a fellowship in MRI at the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center in California. Dr. Queralt is directly involved with the
work of ASI, RATC and their affiliates with the oversight
of the physician shareholders and the Executive Committee.
LYNN ELLIOTT
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Lynn
currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer for RATC and ASI. Lynn is a CPA and possesses a Master of Business
Administration degree from Brigham Young University. He
has over 30 years of management experience, 25 of which
have been at the executive level. Lynn has over 21 years
experience in healthcare management, and during that time
has been involved in the development and management of 16
radiology imaging centers, 12 dialysis centers and a dialyzer
reuse center. His leadership skills, critical thinking and motivational processes create the foundation for successful organizations.
KEVIN CURRANS
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
In
his dual role as Chief Operating Officer for both RATC and ASI, Kevin brings over 25 years of management experience in the imaging and healthcare fields. Kevin has extensive expertise in development and management of all types and sizes of imaging projects. Prior to joining RATC, Kevin served as Administrative Director
of Radiology for Parkland Hospital in Dallas and gathered valuable financial experience as a vice president for six years with a national firm specializing in asset management programs for hospitals.
CONNIE EDWARDS
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
With
Connie’s background in healthcare accounting and finance, she
currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of RATC and ASI. Connie joined RATC in 2001, after having worked in various accounting, finance and managed care positions for hospital systems and IPAs. She received her BBA from West
Texas A&M and her CPA from the Texas State Board
of Accountancy. Connie has spent her entire career in healthcare with a focus in the areas
of finance, practice management and managed care contracting.

TOMMIE
BROWN
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Tommie brings over fourteen years of experience in healthcare, diagnostic imaging sales, marketing and management to the ASI team. Before joining RATC, she worked on the sales team for a national diagnostic company as a sales representative, mentor, manager and trainer for over eight years. She also has experience selling mobile and fixed ultrasound, echocardiography and nuclear medicine equipment for a national mobile diagnostic services company. Her vast knowledge of relationship building, product knowledge and business development makes Tommie a good fit in her dual roles as the Director of Marketing for RATC and ASI. She is able to use these skills to drive referrals and revenue through relationships as well as staff utilization and development.
